Work out challenge.

I've decided to stretch, do sit ups and push ups at least once a day. Today I did 50 sit ups, 10 normal push ups and 20 modified push ups. (I can't do push ups for shit lol) I'm just doing this to strengthen my upper body because I am terribly weak. My arms hurt as I am typing this. LOL I hope this lasts...
